We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Returns & Refund Policy outlines when and how items may be returned or refunded.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in brand new condition.

  • Proof of purchase may be required.

Items Not Eligible for Return

For safety and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Pool chemicals

  • Pool salt products

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible via email with details and photos where applicable.

  • We will cover the return postage costs for damaged or incorrect items.

  • Once the item is received and assessed, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Change of Mind Returns

If you are returning an item due to a change of mind and it meets our eligibility criteria:

  • Return postage costs are not covered by us and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refunds usually take up to 10 business days to be processed from the date we receive the item.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

We will provide instructions on how to return your item.

This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
