Australia-Wide Shipping

We ship most products Australia-wide, including:

  • Pool equipment

  • Pool accessories

  • Pool chemicals (where permitted)

Local Delivery Only – Pool Salt & Minerals

Due to weight and handling requirements, pool salt and mineral products are delivered locally only.

Local delivery is available in:

  • Camp Hill

  • Surrounding Brisbane suburbs

If you attempt to order pool salt or minerals outside our local delivery area, we reserve the right to cancel or modify the order.

Shipping Destinations

  • We ship to valid residential and business addresses only.

  • PO Boxes are not accepted.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are accurate and complete.

Order Processing & Handling Times

  • Orders placed before 11:00am (AEST) are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed after 11:00am will be processed the next business day.

  • Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, delivery times are typically:

  • 5–7 business days within Australia

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak periods.

Shipping Costs

  • Flat rate shipping of $14.95 applies to orders over $250 Australia-wide (excluding locally delivered salt and mineral products).

  • Shipping costs for orders under $250 will be calculated at checkout.

  • Local delivery pricing for pool salt and mineral products will be displayed at checkout or confirmed prior to dispatch.

Delivery Conditions

  • We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

  • Delivery times may be extended during peak periods, carrier disruptions, or extreme weather events.

  • If a delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details or customer unavailability, re-delivery fees may apply.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Authority to Leave

By placing an order, you authorise the delivery carrier to leave items at your address where it is deemed safe to do so, unless otherwise specified. The Pool Salt Guys are not responsible for loss or theft after delivery has been confirmed.

Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been dispatched. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes after placing an order.
